JavaFX v1.0 to be Released on December 2nd

The people at This Ain't Your Dad's Java are back after a little lay off with a new podcast. I'm not sure why Sun seems to be in stealth mode with respect to news of their latest Java releases, but the podcast happens to mention that JavaFX v1.0 for the desktop is due to be released on December 2nd. It's interesting that it hasn't been announced on the JavaFX site, that's still teasing us with "the fall of 2008".

The rest of the podcast is mainly answering questions about the future of Java.
